In Islamic insurance system, each participant will render mutual assistance to each other by the withdrawal of some funds to contribute virtue (tabarru ‘). These funds will be used to understand experience for everyone among the participants, the insurance disaster. So it was not in the form of an agreement on the exchange dianatara both parties, but the agreement for mutual assistance to one another (takaafuli) among all participants.
